Chakra Meditation

Chakra means ‘wheel’ in the Sanskrit language and it is believed that about seven chakras exist in our body which are the vortexes or whirlpools of energy and all the seven chakras are located in important parts of our body. These chakras are believed to
acquire the energy and then monitor and standardize it to suit our needs and finally it is dispatched to the parts of the body which needs the energy to function. With the help of Chakra meditation, the chakras in our body are enabled to function with no anomalies. Moreover, Chakra meditation also helps to regulate and remove any kind of blockage or damage to the chakras and help it function without any hindrances. Chakra meditation music helps us to practice Chakra meditation and gain full concentration with utmost peace of mind and calm. Meditation techniques employed in Chakra meditation usually include chanting mantras, using gems and crystal balls, through aroma therapy using herbs and focusing on a particular element. Another concept of healing energy in the body is the Reiki Meditation which again is almost similar to Chakra meditation. In this case it is the palms of the hand that are used for healing any imbalances in our body.
